Gift Voucher

Process:

1. Customers will buy gift vouchers from the Cats Eye website.

2. Customers can purchase these vouchers through debit/ credit card, Bkash, and Nogod payment (cash on delivery is not available).

3. If a customer buys 2 vouchers, for example, TK 3,000 TK 5,000, then Cats Eye will share the 2 vouchers amount separately with the customer’s order number

4. Customers will receive a code within 24 hrs of purchase.

5. These vouchers are applicable for store purchases only.

6. Customers will visit Cats Eye retail stores; select the products they like and tell the cash counter people that he has Cats Eye vouchers which they want to redeem,

7. The cashier/store manager will ask the customer to provide their mobile number, SMS, Voucher Code, and voucher amount. A screenshot of the voucher code will not be allowed to purchase any product.

8. The cashier/store manager will input the voucher amount and the mobile number in Cats Eye software

9. The cashier will take the SMS from the customer and enter it into the software.

10. If the product price is more than the voucher Value then customers pay the extra amount through cash, Bkash, or cards

Terms and Condition:

1. Customers will be allowed to buy only regular price products that mean discounted products will not be sold through gift vouchers

2. A customer has to buy a product equal to or more than the value of his voucher

3. A consumer can redeem a maximum of 3 vouchers daily

4. The Gift Code has to be used fully in a single transaction.

5. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher value, an extra amount can be paid in cash, card or Bkash.

6. The validity of the vouchers will be for 45 days from the card activation date

7. Cats Eye will take care of customer claims regarding product issues.
