Gift Voucher

Process:

1. Customers can purchase this vouchers through debit/ credit card, Bkash, and Nagad payment (cash on delivery is not available).

2. If a customer buys 2 vouchers, for example, TK 3,000 and TK 5,000, then Cats Eye will send 2 vouchers separately with the customer’s order number..

3. Customers will receive a code within 24 hrs of purchase.

4. These vouchers are applicable for store purchases only.

5. Customers will visit Cats Eye showrooms; select the products and tell the cashier that he has vouchers which he wants to redeem,

6. The cashier/store manager will ask the customer to provide their mobile number, SMS, Voucher Code, and voucher amount. A screenshot of the voucher code will not be allowed to purchase any product.

7. The cashier/store manager will input the voucher amount, SMS code and the mobile number into software for verification.

8. If the product price is more than the voucher Value then customers pay the extra amount through cash, Bkash/Nagad, or cards. No additional discount will be applicable on Extra amount.

Terms and Condition:

1. Customers will be allowed to buy only regular price products This means that discounted products will not be sold through gift vouchers

2. A customer has to buy a product equal to or more than the value of his voucher

3. A consumer can redeem a maximum of 3 vouchers daily

4. The Gift Code has to be used fully in a single transaction.

5. One can purchase multiple main items like shirts, pants, and T-shirts using one Gift Voucher. No accessories can be purchased with a gift code.

6. The validity of the vouchers will be for 45 days from the card activation date

7. Cats Eye will take care of customer claims regarding product issues.
