CATS EYE highly values the urgency of your orders. We endeavor to make sure that your ordered products reach your door in the fastest possible time.

1. Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 2 to 5 business days anywhere in Bangladesh.
2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail from our Customer Services Department.
3. We start the shipping process within 24 hours except for Fridays and government holidays. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services within office hours.
4 . Returned items must only be exchanged with products available in the stores which has the same value or higher value (in that case cash or credit cards may be used for the difference). No cash refund.
5.You can exchange the products from the store or you can return them via courier service (The delivery cost will be bear by the customer).
6. Exchange policy is not available on discount products.
7. According to the government’s rule, 5% VAT will be applicable on the base price of all products not on the discount price.
8. Discount codes will be available on regular products not on discounted products.
