1. If only a faulty product was delivered to you mistakenly or there is any size issue,
Then you can exchange your product within a week from any nearby Cats Eye store
if the other sizes are available, please bring the money receipt with you.
Or you can return it via courier service(The cost will be bear by the customer).

 

2. Items must be returned in their original packaging in an

the unused state still bearing tags attached along with the receipt.

We do not bear any responsibility to accept goods that have

been used. Items returned within 7 working days are accepted on
the authenticity of the defective product.

 

3. Returned items must only be exchanged with products

available in the stores which has the same value or higher value

(in which case cash or credit cards may be used for the

difference). No cash refund.

 

4. Products can be exchanged from any branch on product availability.
