Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 2 to 5 business days for anywhere in Bangladesh.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail from our Customer Services Department.

If you're looking to exchange your products, we're here to help! We offer free exchange within 7 days of purchase.

We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest.

Returned items must only be exchanged with products available in the stores which has the same value or higher value (in which case cash or credit cards may be used for the difference). No cash refund.

Exchange policy is not available on discount products.

According to the government’s rule, 5% VAT will be applicable on the base price of all products not on the discount price.

Discount codes will be available on regular products not on discounted products.
